Ordering
Orders will be shipped within 5 business days once payment is confirmed. I have set up a PayPal account for your convenience and security. Shipping and handling charges for orders sent Ground in the continental United States are included in the price of each piece. For orders being shipped outside the United States, please contact me so that we can provide you a quote of shipping costs. A tracking number will be provided once the item(s) has shipped. I will be happy to expedite shipping but additional charges will apply.

Refunds and Exchanges
Returns must be made within 14 business days after an item has been shipped. Items must not be damaged or used and the customer must pay for return shipping. The refund amount will be paid within 14 business days of shipment being received to allow for inspection of item. Returns not following these requirements will not be credited.

If a piece arrives damaged please email me. I will refund or replace your order upon settlement with shipping company. Customers must not throw away the original package and piece as shipping company may need to inspect and retain the package. Refunds will not be awarded if a customer does not comply with the stated requests.
